Marlene Erven is the Interim Executive Director for Miami Bridge Youth & Family Services. In this capacity, she works with the Board of Directors to support and facilitate effective oversight and recommends short-term and long-term strategies. She oversees operations, capacity building and works with the agency’s management team to accomplish organizational goals. Marlene has served in leadership and consulting positions with nonprofit organizations nationally and in South Florida for more than 35 years. As president of NFP Solutions, she works with Boards of Directors and senior not-for-profit managers to develop strategies and promote organizational growth with a high commitment to success. She holds a bachelor’s degree in public administration from Barry University. She is passionate about her work and believes in co-active leadership that fosters collaborative relationships and unlocks the potential of employees at every level. She is active in the Coconut Grove community including the Coconut Grove Sailing Club, the Woman’s Club of Coconut Grove, and the movement to Save The Coconut Grove Playhouse.
