LSF Miami Bridge Youth & Family Services Announces Additional Members to Advisory Board

MIAMI — February 19, 2026 — LSF Miami Bridge Youth & Family Services, Inc. (LSF) is pleasedto announce the addition of three new members to its advisory board bringing atotal of seven members. They are Cary Carbonell, Alexander Noda and Dr. AleciaRodriguez.  

“We areincredibly fortunate to be adding such a distinguished group of local leaders toour advisory board,” said Kevin Stamper, vice president of development at LSF.“Their diverse expertise and perspectives will bring vital insight as wecontinue developing programs that best support our at-risk youth and theirfamilies.”

Carbonell began her career in finance beforespending the past 25 years in education, where she has guided and supportedstudents throughout their academic journeys. Her commitment to service extendsbeyond the classroom as she actively volunteers with several charitableorganizations, including Archdiocese of Miami charities, Be the Light, LA6 andCitrus. Carbonell earned a Bachelor of Science degree in political science andinternational affairs from Florida State University.

Noda is a commercial banking relationshipmanager at Amerant Bank, an author and a community leader focused on helpingothers grow professionally and personally. He works with founders and operatorsto develop strategic solutions that strengthen their businesses andcommunities. At Amerant Bank, he chairs the Young Professionals Group to fosterdevelopment and mentorship among emerging leaders. He also hosts the“Tran$form” podcast and newsletter, sharing insights to help business ownersimprove financial literacy and drive growth. Noda is the author of 101Questions to Ask Before Going Into Business Together. He holds an MBA fromSoutheastern Oklahoma State University and a Bachelor of Arts from FloridaInternational University.  

Dr. Rodriguez is a psychotherapist, educator,award-winning author and advocate. She is herself a former youth in foster carewho once found safety and support at LSF Miami Bridge where she transformed herlived experience into a mission to empower and uplift others. Dr. Rodriguez currentlyserves as executive director of Sadie’s Daughter, a nonprofit organizationdedicated to supporting youth in and aging out of foster care. She is also afoster parent.    

Dr. Rodriguez’seducation includes a Doctor of Philosophy in Counselor Education andSupervision from Walden University, a Master of Science in counseling fromBarry University, and a Bachelor of Arts in psychology from FloridaInternational University.

The currentboard includes Marco Lopez, Audit Manager at ZOMMA Group, LLP,  YanethBaez, Assistant State Attorney with the Miami-Dade State Attorney’s Office,Vivian Z. Chavez, Chief Operating Officer of Legal Services of GreaterMiami, Inc. and seasoned fundraising, public relations and marketing executive GussieFlynn.
